If you have questions about how to read your electricity or gas bill or if you maybe even suspect your bills aren't correct, our hotline staff will be happy to assist you and check. We can also provide information if you want to know more about your rights on the energy market, if there are current development you'd like to get informed about or if there are other energy issues you are interested in.
