The Gas-Marktmodell-Verordnung (Gas Market Model Ordinance) 2012 contains most rules and regulations formerly laid down in the individual chapters of the Gas Market Code. Other parts of the Gas Market Code were revised in 2012 and entered into force on 1 January 2013.
